Installed three Trane 15 ton package units in an existing warehouse.
Carrier Chiller Replacement
Received a service request for a 1996 McQuay chiller, found circuit 1 empty and circuit 2 low on refrigerant.
The leak wasn't repairable so we added refrigerant to circuit 2 so the chiller could run at partial capacity until the 40 ton Carrier AquaSnap chiller arrived.
Package Unit Changeout
Changed out three 15 ton package units at a shopping mall after hours.
Daikin Chiller Installation
Installed a 400 ton Daikin chiller at a pharmaceutical production and warehouse facility.
Emergency Make-up Fresh Air Damper
Installed at a shopping mall. In the event of a fire, the air conditioning units and exhaust fans turn on, removing smoke, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and chemicals from the building.
This fresh air damper then opens, drawing in fresh outside air and preventing negative air pressure & backdrafting issues inside the building.
